Rather difficult to have any ideas without seeing any labs. When did you last have a blood test? What were the results and ranges?
At a guess, if you're on over 200 mcg levo and still hypo, then you're not converting T4 to T3 very well. But, would need to see FT4 and FT3 tested at the same time to determine that.
Hi I am no expert but have recently come across sites talking about how the liver and gallbladder and thyroid are linked. It seemed to explain a lot and the starting point seemed to be the liver. As T4 is converted to T3 there a liver that doesn’t work properly makes sense to me, as does difficulties in digestion esp fats and inability to digest Vit D and the fats we need for our health...has anyone else heard of this link? My mum who is on thyroxine also has autoimmune liver and lots of gallstones !
