For years have veen blessed by access to very good medication. T3 was a seriously breakthrough after years of just not feeling very well. However the last year my symptoms have came back up and I feel the the difference in my body. This was around the time when t3 Uni Pharma was not being produced and I had to shop around for other meds. Triomel, t3max, Thailand cytomel ect. The sense of wellbeing I had before is totally gone. Energy, hair, skin, temperature, weight. All changed
Anyone any advice or simular experiences.
Btw I am not English so excuse my mistakes.

Do you have any recent blood tests (and ranges) you can share? - ideally we need TSH, free T3, free T4 and key nutrients - ferritin, folate, vit D and B12. Are you taking any medication at the moment?
Do you regularly monitor your heart rate and temperature? High reading of either/both suggests overmedication.
In order to properly evaluate your thyroid function members need to have recent test results including the ranges (numbers in brackets)
It sounds as if you are undermedicated but test results would, in most circumstances, confirm that.
Many of us have private tests which are more comprehensive than the NHS tests.....if you live in the UK that is. Sorry I know nothing of medical practice in the Netherlands.
Members of the forum would agree with you that it can be difficult to switch from one T3 to another, or one T4 to aother as they may not have the good effect of the one we've been taking for a long time.
Unipharma is now producing again but I don't know where you could source privately as one who used to supply has been shut down for some time now.
Maybe email Unipharma and ask if they supply to your country.
I will close your post so that if any member has the information will send you a private message as no information is permitted on the Forum.
Or have an early holiday to Greece and go to a local pharmacist who may order for you.
