Teva T3 and Cynomel T3

Hi all

I currently take 25mcg of Grossman Cynomel and have today picked up from my GP 20mcg T3 Teva.

I will cut my 25mcg into 4 and take one with the 20mcg Teva brand.

Has anyone used both brands together and were they are side effect or strength difference.

No sorry no experience of mixing the two brands.

I just have CYNOMEL by SANOFI - same dose as yours.

Mine come in French packaging, not a word written in English and if you try and contact the UK distributor for info about their product they refer you to your endo!

Thanks for that.. I wanted a UK brand that was almost similar to Cynomel but I don’t know how to find that.

Ingredients of Grossman Cynomel listed here, scroll down to where the brands are written in pink and look for "CYNOMEL, a Mexican version of T3 only"

You can compare the ingredients to your Teva, assuming there was a patient information leaflet with it.

As for strength, some people found Grossman Cynomel to be stronger than other brands, some people didn't notice a difference, one of those things that's down to the individual.
