These results suggest you have anaemia and need iron supplements

Optimal results for an iron panel according to web.archive.org/web/2018083... are:
Serum iron: 55 to 70% of the range, higher end for men - yours is 11.88% so is very low
Saturation: optimal is 35 to 45%, higher end for men - yours is 11.34% so very low
TIBC: Low in range indicates lack of capacity for additional iron, High in range indicates body's need for supplemental iron - yours is over range therefore high
UIBC: Low in range indicates that you may have too much iron in your blood which may be due to iron overload syndrome (hereditary haemochromatosis). High in range signifies iron deficiency. - yours is over range therefore high
Ferritin: Low level virtually always indicates need for iron supplementation; High level with low serum iron/low saturation indicates inflammation or infection - yours is 5.77% through range so is very low in range
Your results suggest iron deficiency. This is not something you should self supplement. Please see your GP. You need a full blood count to see if you have iron deficiency anaemia. or iron deficiency without anaemia. Either way your GP should prescribe and monitor you regularly.
Please can you name some good iron, vitD, omega3 and ferritin supplement brand in the market?
Thanks

As I said above, you should see your GP about your iron/ferrin levels. It's not something you should be supplementing yourself. Please re-read what I said at the end of my post and see your GP.
As for Vit D, my suggestion is Doctor's Best D3 softgels, excellent quality at a very reasonable price check out Dolphin Fitness online as they are usually cheapest. Your current level of 42.8nmol/L suggests that you need 5000iu D3 daily. Retest in 3 months. The Vit D Council/Vit D Society recommend a level of 100-150nmol and when you've reached this level you will need to find your maintenance dose by trial and error.
Also needed are D3's important cofactors - magnesium and Vit K2-mk7. Magnesium is needed for the body to convert D3 into it's usable form. D3 aids absorption of calcium from food and K2-mk7 directs the calcium to bones and teeth where it is needed and away from arteries and soft tissue where it can be deposited and cause problems.
I can't help with Omega 3 I don't use it.
