What do you think? Apparently one need very high doses of Vit K for bone health

This looks like an American website! There is no test for vitamin k2. They mention K all the time whereas it is k2 mk7 that is required with vitamin d to get calcium to the bones and magnesium keeps it there. They should both be in olive or coconut oil only and taken with at least 14 gms of good fats at breakfast or at the required time from thyroid meds This is not mentioned. Mk4 needs a higher dose split through the day and does not perform in the same way and is expensive therefore, particularly as finding a softgel in near impossible. K only comes from leafy greens and is used in blood clotting.

So take the article with a pinch of salt. In My opinion of course😏
