MORINGA for hyperthyroid but not for hypothyroid people who are taking medication . Too late for me with Graves but supposed to help hyperthyroid,anyone have experience with Moringa i would be interested to know.

I used to take it every day on my breakfast but now only have a spoonful on it every now and then.

I can’t say that I’ve noticed any difference in myself. I’m hypo btw.

By what I've read it's supposed to inhibit to some degree the conversion of T4 to T3 . I have stopped taking it as I have had my thyroid radiated with radio active iodine so now I'm hypo. I may slowly reintroduce it back to see if I think it makes a difference. It would have been interesting to have known about it when I had hyper with Graves disease and given it a try then.
