What blood work are you having? Thyroid levels definitely change throughout the cycle. Some people on this forum have said they are highest mid cycle but for me I think it’s early in my cycle, ie when I’m on my period. Though I’ve not robustly tested this. Your iron levels would also likely be affected if you have the blood test during or just after your period.

Thyroid levels also tend to be highest early in the day so you should get your tests done then and fasted. If you look through the threads here or search, you’ll find some good tips on how and when to do blood tests.
