Hashimoto's hypo to hyper
What were your other results? T4 and T3?

I suggest you read up and learn about your condition. When Hashi's is present this means that the immune system attacks the thyroid and gradually destroys it, eventually causing full blown hypothyroidsm. Fluctuations in symptoms and test results are common with Hashi's.
Some members have found that adopting a strict gluten free diet can help, although there is no guarantee.
Gluten contains gliadin (a protein) which is thought to trigger autoimmune attacks so eliminating gluten can help reduce these attacks.
You don't need to be gluten sensitive or have Coeliac disease for a gluten free diet to help.

Supplementing with selenium l-selenomethionine 200mcg daily is said to help reduce the antibodies, as can keeping TSH suppressed.
Hashi's and gut absorption problems tend to go hand in hand and can very often result in low nutrient levels or deficiencies. It's essential to test Vit D, B12, Folate and Ferritin and address any problems. You are welcome to post these results, including reference ranges (plus units of measurement for Vit D and B12), for comment and suggestions for supplementing where necessary.
It's not your TSH that says you are having a hyper swing or are overmedicated, but your actual thyroid hormones. It is common with Hashis to have hyper swings As your thyroid tissue is destroyed it dumps its hormones into the blood stream causing temporary hyper blood results (low TSH and high thyroid hormones) it is not caused by the thyroid going overactive and pumping out more hormones, so treating it with anti thyroid drug is pointless - if you feel hyper, just reduce meds for a while. When the dumped hormones have been used up, you'll be more hypo than before.
So as a whole I will be hypo again ??It doesn't mean I am going to be normal.I was hyper back in 2017 after a month medication changed into hypo
You might feel good for a while, but you'll end up more hypo. That's how the disease works
That's ok I cannot be pessimistic about my life at this young age.So I might add more dose thyronorm tablets in the coming days acc to my blood reports. My antibodies is also decreasing. It was 79 last time before 230.5 . Can I know how do you have so good knowledge about this disease?just a curiosity. And other ways to be normal back as I used to be😊
