A month isn't long enough for the body to fully adapt to any changes. Testing should be at least 6 weeks apart and for some folks 8 to 12 weeks. There are those on here who say they don't notice the full benefit of a dose change for 12 weeks.
If you are changing doses every 4 weeks on blood results you will never get stable.
Sounds as if they're dosing by the TSH, which is utterly wrong. You need to get print-outs of your results and ranges because you need to see exactly what they've been testing and exactly what the results were. If you live in the UK, it is your legal right to have print-outs.
Changing your dose monthly is never going to make you well. Sounds as if you're seeing a diabetes specialist! They don't know much about thyroid.
They dont!.. it's been 25yrs now they know it was thyroid graves disease and now hashimotos. But still sitting there scratching there heads...from over active to under active..but never put on weight.. my appointment with endocrinologist is in April now..so will request my results.
