Help with blood test results please.

I have been feeling ill since GP messed with my B12.

Can someone please help with these results. Red blood cell count 5.47. 10*12/L [3.8-4.8] above high ref.

Haemoglobin concentration 152 g/L [120-150] above high ref.

Haematocrit 0.472 [0.36-0.46] above high ref.

Serum TSH level 0.27 mu/L [0.35-3.5]

Low ref.

Please could someone help describe what they mean.
