I was diagnosed a couple of years ago with Hashimotos. I am wondering whether people experience symptoms even when on medication and bloods appear to be with normal range. Am I right to assume that the medication just gives a decent quality of life but some of the symptoms linger or come and go? Thanks

Everyone is different so what is normal for one is not normal for another even though the results are in range. For example one range for ft4 is 10 - 22. Your result would be in range at 11 and in range at 21. It depends where you feel better. When on levo tsh should be 1 or lower. If you have blood results post them and the ranges and we can advise.
What are your in range results? As Lalatoot said everyone is different. For example I had a blood test on Monday and my TSH is 0.27 which is slightly below range and my T4 is 22 which is top of the range and I feel ok. I am not on any medication btw and I am in my second remission from Graves' disease.
