Endo in West Yorkshire area?

Can anyone recommend a good Endo in the West Yorkshire area who will prescribe T3?

I am currently taking it and feeling better than I have in the last ten years.

Unfortunately my Endo is private and is trying to squeeze as much money out of me as possible and I can't afford to keep paying.

After having no T3, due to him and my GP messing up. I have only been back on it around two weeks and he wants me to have blood tests done this week and pay £200 to see him next week.

I have argued that this is pointless until I've been on the medication for six weeks (which is always what he has told me) and he has basically told me if I don't book to see him next week for a review, then again in four weeks he will refuse to see me anymore.

I do not have £400 available to pay for 2 appointments in within a month.

And i know all he is going to say at the first one is I need to be on the T3 for 6 weeks to know it it's the right dose.
