What dose of b12? I’ve got lots of the symptoms (weakness dizzy, foggy brain, feeling feverish, numb toe)- I have a spray 1200ug per dose(4sprays) which I have been taking (on and off I’ll admit over the holiday) I also have some tablets (methyl) 1000ug. Do people find the spray works? Should I take the tablets instead?

Thank you all - I’m a bit confused right now 😕

I've not used a spray but I have used sublingual lozenges 1000mcg.

You could use either at the doses you've stated. Also you need a good quality bioavailable B Complex as well as this is needed to balance all the B vitamins when taking B12.

Once you've finished your spray or bottle of B12 then just the B Complex should be enough to maintain your level.

Good brands of B Complex recommended here are Thorne Basic B or Igennus Super B.

Thank you. I actually have some b complex, but stupidly haven’t been taking it. I’ll start that today too.
