Maybe you need magnesium
My magnesium last test was fine and i do use a karma rub oil that contains magnesium aswell as iron, zinc? My potassium however is always lower end of range, so unsure?
A magnesium blood test will always look fine, due to the way the body handles magnesium. But, that doesn't mean you're not deficient - most people are because soils are depleted, and being hypo will make that worse. It's really not worth testing magnesium. Just take some, about 350 mg. And, if your potassium is low, take some potassium.
Not sure that an oil rub containing magnesium, iron and zinc would be of much use. It wouldn't contain much of any of them, and iron should really be separate from other things. I don't know if that would help anything much.
