Due shortly to have thyroid bloods done again now on 50mcg Levo, originally on 75mcg but stopped all meds for 3 weeks last june then slowly increasing again, overall feeling alot better than june, muscle weakness in arms improved however i still have muscle twitching that was happening when on 75mcg aswell, had increased heart rate at 75mcg of bpm around 150, heart rate now better but still higher than i want, i suspect i need another increase soon, twitching doesnt hurt but my finger this morning was moving on its own, what else could be causing this?

Maybe you need magnesium

My magnesium last test was fine and i do use a karma rub oil that contains magnesium aswell as iron, zinc? My potassium however is always lower end of range, so unsure?

A magnesium blood test will always look fine, due to the way the body handles magnesium. But, that doesn't mean you're not deficient - most people are because soils are depleted, and being hypo will make that worse. It's really not worth testing magnesium. Just take some, about 350 mg. And, if your potassium is low, take some potassium.

Not sure that an oil rub containing magnesium, iron and zinc would be of much use. It wouldn't contain much of any of them, and iron should really be separate from other things. I don't know if that would help anything much.

Thanks i guess taking some magnesium is worth a try, the karma rub i use is mainly for muscle aches when i have them, its all natural ingredient just happens to contain the iron, zinc etc, 350mg would that be daily?

Yes, daily. :)
