Hi, I've been taking Teva Levothyroxine since diagnosed hypo for 3 years....no side effects.
My pharmacist gave me Activis, Northstar which I have taken for 9 days.
I noticed slight headaches throughout the days leading up to this morning when I woke up at 5.15am with a headache and feeling nauseous....has anyone else had these symptoms?

Have you checked the excipients to see if there's possibly anything that you might be reacting to? Obviously Teva is lactose free and all other UK brands contain lactose. You can check ingredients here:
It's worth noting that Actavis, Almus and Northstar are one and the same, all made by Actavis but Almus and Northstar are Actavis repackaged for different pharmacies.
If you think you are reacting to the new brand, ask your pharmacy to only dispense Teva in future.
In your previous post at the beginning of November you said you'd "been having a strong taste of metal and feeling nauseous."
Presumably you were on Teva then. These can be symptoms of under-medication. If you're still on the same dose (which you said was 100mcg), and given your current symptoms of "headache and feeling nauseous", it seems likely you are actually under-medicated and need a dose increase.
Changing brands of levothyroxine can have an effect on your thyroid blood levels. If you've had a blood test very recently, please post the details here for further help.
If you've not had a thyroid blood test recently, it would be a good idea to visit your GP, explain your symptoms and ask for a test to see what your current levels are.
