New update on itchy eyes or dry eyes etc. All good...👋 😊

I thought I wrote before this, but maybe I forgot to post because I do not see my letter on here! I've been all healed up from the itchy eyes misery for few months now and all I did is stop everything I'd been using to ease the itch and pain and used only water.

It started the day my daughter noted that not long after I'd filled the bird feeders I got the worst attack of itchy eyes ever. This is when she asked me if I'd washed my hands after touching the birds seeds. Well, I had not! And so, this was the beginning of a great revelation to me. I realized that I'd been touching or scratching and/or drying my eyes with hands that I thought were clean but not so. And from that moment on, I made sure I washed my hands everytime my eyes started to itch. Also, important is, I quit using all or any eye drops or lotions or anything at all. These are only money makers for companies selling them. I used just plain water (hot as you can stand) to wash after each itchy episode.

So it's easy to see that any eye drops, creams or lotions I used made my eyes worse and worse. I have not used anything but only water each and every episode and voila, my eyes are totally healed up and I still do not use anything else on my face but clean hands and water. And I am very careful about the make-up I use also.

I want to add... the plainer or best quality the make-up the better plus for me, I use it only when I go out shopping or some other function and I happily wash it off as soon as I'm back home. I hope this helps someone.
