Same dose

I have been taking the same dose of thyroxine for 15 weeks,have had a tension type headache and feeling nauseated for Past week and a half.Could this be too much of too little thyroxine symptoms.Bloods not due for a while yet.Have been taking thyroxine for years ,but up and down doses.This is longest time on same dose ever !

if you changed dose 15 weeks ago, you should have had a blood test done about 6 weeksago
