feeling unwell on same dose

Hi,

I've been on the same dose for few years now.

25mcg of t3 5.45am

LDN 3.5ml

thyrovanz 50mg at 12pm

thyrovanz 50 6pm

Is it possible to feel unwell for a few weeks then better for another few weeks despite not changing my regime? This has been happening for a few years and I can't figure out why this happens to me.

I get really horrible headache, feel sleepy and just annoyed al the time when I'm unwell for those few weeks. When I feel better I'm more energised, happier and just optimistic.

Anyone have any idea why this happens?

Thank you

How old are you….pre or post menopause

Do you have autoimmune thyroid disease (hashimoto’s)

Are you on strictly gluten free diet

When were vitamin D, folate and ferritin last tested

What vitamin supplements are you currently taking

Looking at previous posts….you self supplement/inject B12?

Please add most recent results and ranges

Have you ever added levothyroxine alongside T3?

Ft4 is low ….but for some people that is fine

For many members, they find it better to have both Ft4 and Ft3 at least 50% through range

I used to take levo before, tried loads of different brands but did not do well with it. Made me toxic.

Hi. I recently found this in Turkey that I wanted to try out before I go down the route of NDT. How much do you think I should take ? Its a combination of t4 and t3.

I'm not sure how this t4 is or any different to UK levo, as I don't tolerate uk levo.

Really appreciate all your efforts x

Ok thank you.

Hopefully won't be too difficult to work out the dose.

Well if you don’t do well with levothyroxine….this seems to be levothyroxine

Perhaps start with half a tablet….and reduce your T3 at same time ….

It is mentioned in my medicines document and is exactly what you said!

Tolerance is always difficult to predict. Unless you know for sure which excipient(s) cause an issue.

helvella - Thyroid Hormone Medicines

I have created, and try to maintain, a document containing details of all thyroid hormone medicines in the UK and, in less detail, many others around the world.
