She has agreed to an ultrasound for my neck lump/ goitre for "re-assurance".

But was very dismissive of the vitamin results because they are still in range. Wouldn't take forward Medichecks recommendation for Methyalonic Acid test.

I found out that my bloods for TSH were 1 six months ago, its now 2.16. (Don't know if that's of any relevance)

Feeling frustrated.

See a different GP and request testing for pernicious Anaemia

Plus dose increase in Levo

If they won’t agree dose increase you will need to see endo

Your B12 is very low

Alternatively get MMA and homocysteine tested privately via

GP will only prescribe vitamin D if under 50nmol. Self supplement to improve vitamin D to at least 80nmol and around 100nmol May be better

Retest twice yearly via

Your ferritin is very low

Gp should be doing full iron panel testing for Anaemia
