Dr Wentz . 90 day protocol

Can anyone advise , I’ve been following the above and have cut out gluten dairy sugar and caffeine. I’m two weeks in and certainly feel better than I did . I’m pretty sure I’ll be staying gluten free but am just wondering if after the 90 days people re introduced Dairy? I haven’t got to the end of the book yet and I haven’t been taking all of her supplements suggested just the ones I think are the most important.

Thanks

Hi, I’ve been GF for 9 months & like you think this is beneficial. I have been dairy free for 3 months but haven’t noticed any positive changes. I’ve just taken my Medichecks thyroid and vitamin blood test and thought I’d look to see if there has been a positive effect on antibodies etc and if not I will reintroduce dairy. I’m definitely craving a bit of cheese!

Thanks for the reply . Would love to hear if it has a positive influence on your antibodies. I’m thinking the same re dairy !

I don't think I benefit from being gluten free, but I avoid gluten because my partner is coeliac. I do think I have a dairy intolerance though. My stomach gets acidic when I eat it.

It will be interesting to see if I have any reaction when I introduce it again. My dad is celiac as well which also makes me think I’m going to benefit from gluten free

As your dad is coeliac, it would be worth being tested before you go too long without gluten in your diet. There's still a high chance gluten won't be a trigger for you, but at least you'll have the whole gluten free thing sussed!
