Just for those who have read my previous posts, I thought I'd share my final result.
It was for TPO antibodies and my result was 28.1 (receptionist said there is no range but from looking on here I gather <34 is normal).
So I guess my issues aren't thyroid related and I need to either get over it or look elsewhere. Thanks again to anyone who responded to any of my very long, previous posts. I appreciate all the help and advice I've received.
Have you had an Ultrasound scan of your Thyroid yet?
Did you have any other Thyroid Antibodies tested? (TgAb?)
Any other Antibodies been tested?
Did the Endocrinologist arrange a Short Synacthen Test to check your Adrenal function?
Will the Endocrinologist be refering you to another Specialist? Rheumatologist maybe?
Surely you have a basic right to a Diagnosis and Prognosis?
No I havent had ultrasound and the other antibodies weren't tested. I am at a loss now though and going to have to just try to believe my tiredness, hair loss is normal or perhaps at a stretch it is my history of mental health issues. I darent even face my regular GP now I've had that many blood tests this past 18 months
Did you apply for copies of your hospital records?
Did you get copies of all your GP blood tests?
You have symptoms, I think I would want to be diagnosed.

Have you never actually had FreeT3 tested or even T4 ?
I'm surprised the Endocrinologist did not test FreeT3 nor T4 .
If you are found to have low TSH and Low T4 then this is Hypothyroidism. How would you know if only TSH tested ?
None of those were tested. 2 GPs, a rheumatologist and now an endocrinologist are all adamant normal TSH means no chance of hypo and endo even said normal TSH means no chance of Hashis. I haven't requested copies of my results. Do you think I should do this? I've had lots of tests this past 18 months.
I don't think you have anything to lose by getting copies of your records. It won't cost you anything. Under new legislation 25 May 2018 there is no charge. Find out from the hospital who deals with Access to Information . Might be Legal Services or Medical Records Department. Then send an email or letter. Ask for copies of all your records including all blood tests results, medical notes, reports etc. There is no legal requirement to fill in a form - though they may ask. As soon as they have your written request they must respond (and within no more than 30 days).

Your result is too near the upper limit to not be suspicious.
To discount Hashi's you would need a result in single figure and that confirmed a few times. Even then you can have Hashi's without raised antibodies.
If I were you, when budget allows, I would do the full thyroid/vitamin panel with either Medichecks or Blue Horizon as recommended by SlowDragon in reply to your previous post.
I will definitely get private tests once my finances are better. I'm having to go onto universal credit and I am possibly going to be worse off than ever so no tests in near future. Will be the first thing on my mind when I'm working though

Thank you very much for that kind offer but I can't afford to pay anything at at. I have just lost my ESA and have had to apply for Universal Credit, my financial situation is really bad at the moment. I'm having to live off child benefit for the next 4 weeks.

i highly doubt it. it’s like a web to work this stuff out isn’t it, complicated and messy, but once you make the first breakthrough things do get easier. hope it helps you to know i was in a mess 5 years ago and now i’m finally feeling better. I use i genus b complex which has helped a lot with hair loss and growth ( but obviously ideally you wouldn’t start taking any supplements without knowing your levels). you could ask to change GP and get the full raft of tests again?
Thanks again for replying. I have been taking vitamin D and iron supplements since December last year now. My vitamin D went from 16.3 to 75 and my ferritin went from 20 to 45. I have actually got a little regrowth around my crown which is extremely promising, but I hate taking iron supplements all the time as they mess with your stomach. I might just do that (change GP). But also it's possible I'll be in work within a few months and can buy my own tests, which I have every intention of doing. Thanks again for your help

I agree with london81. Find out the phone number for your MP's office and ask for an appointment with his/her Case Worker to get your income sorted out.
Meanwhile, make the most of any Foodbank or similar facility there may be in your area - don't be shy about this.
