Turmeric helps me, reduced CRP from 20 to 11 and then to 5.5 in 6 months... And 3/4 of my knee caps re-appeared 😃

You could try oregano oil.

Geez so many things I wasn't aware of, makes it hard when allergic to anti inflammatory drugs but guess something more natural would be better, I've recently started fish oil as I've had no seafood in diet since a child, now 44, does this oil come in supplement form, I do get plenty of vit c through diet, just want something I can take daily that's safe

What do you call 'plenty'? 5000 mg? Or even 1000 mg? I doubt you'd get that much from diet. I take 1000 mg just with my iron tablets.

Not an answer to your question but just some information for others reading this post.

Although Nsaids are effective in reducing pain they may not be good for inflammation due to injury.

Nsaids work by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins which are involved in pain but also in the creation of collagen, a substance that aids in tissue healing. Less collagen is thought to mean slower healing of injuries, so Nsaids are likely to delay recovery!

Fasting, intermittent fasting ( you can look at instagram profiles/ pics, and YT vids). Please do own research ofcourse, and check with your healthcare provider.

Someone here mentioned Vitamin D?

Not sure entirely, but lowering insulin and cortisol should help with inflammation I believe.

Intermittent Fasting should? Help with lowering insulin. Dr. Fung I think is an expert on this subject. Diet may help?

Am sure if you look from credible and science- based sources online you'll find helpful info.

I just got an email saying I've helped with fish oil before, and found this post. :) Good quality fish oil should help better, even if pricier. MOOD might be a good one.

Best wishes.
