Seeking a forward thinking endo with good knowledge of pms/pmdd links with hypothyroidism and NDT

Hi, I have been hypo for 20+ years, multiple health issues, getting worse by the day, almost literally. Started getting PMDD last year (severe pmt including serious suicide ideation) kind of out of nowhere. I feel it's all linked in with my thyroid and adrenals. My partner and I have decided it is time to consider finding someone who will test me properly and treat me as an individual, I am keen to try NDT. I am struggling to find an endo and would be grateful if people would PM me any they know of who might be suitable. I am in Essex, my partner is in Gloucestershire, will travel!

I believe it is against the rules to recommend specific doctors in replies so please keep those to PMs. Replies from people who have similar experiences and can recommend general resources or how they have got better would be ace!

As we can't discuss individual doctors on the forum, I will close the post to replies and anyone who can help please reply by private message as requested.

Katticus You can send for the list of thyroid friendly doctors - private and NHS - from Dionne at ThyroidUK. You can ask on the forum for feedback by private message on any that you think may be suitable and that you can travel to.
