Carbimozale and cold

should I stop taking carbimozale if I have a sore throat due to common cold I take 40mg a day and also on propanolol 40mg just wondering if I need to visit a doctor?

No reason to stop for a cold. The reason sore throats are mentioned with carbi is that they are a sign of a rare side effect. If you have a cold and a sore throat then you carry on as usual. I was on carbi for 5 years.

Thank you, I’ve been on it a while and haven’t had a cold while on them so didn’t know whether it will affect me or not, much appreciated
