See your doctor as soon as possible. If you have impacted ear wax they can refer you for treatment but may prescribe something to soften the wax prior to seeing ENT for removal by suction.
If you have an ear infection, they can treat that.
Never neglect ear symptoms.
Have you had a recent cold?
Do you have an Underactive Thyroid?
