Bedtime vs morning med taking
My T3 level is higher taking Levo at night so obviously conversion is better overnight.
Thx i keep reading that .am changing today and will report
I swapped to nighttime dosing of my T4/T3 c11 years ago as I had acquired a number of others meds that required daytime dosing. There's been no change, positive or negative, since making the swap.
I did not notice any difference but find it more practical to take at bedtime.
I didn't notice any difference, either. So, I'm back to morning dosing because it's more convenient for me.
I am having mixed results with time taken for NDT but tend to believe that taking any of the dose in the late evening keeps me awake during the night and tending to fall asleep mid-afternoon. Also tend to think that spreading the dose of NDT may cause you to require an increased dose. Still experimenting to find the ideal solution for myself which may, of course, not suit anybody else as every patient is different. This relates to NDT, not levo and certainly not liothyronine.
