Reduced thyroxine - Early period??

Hi All,

I was advised to drop my thyroxine be 12.5mcg from 125mcg to 112.5mcg by my doctor. TSH was suppressed at <0.005, Free T4 was one point above range at 17 (7.00 - 16.00) and Free T3 was at the top of the range at 5.8 (3.9 - 6.0). I’ve been on the 112.5mcg dose now for two weeks but days after I reduced I started a menstrual period that was not expected?? Was this just the drop in hormones? Or does it mean the lower dose is too low for me?

Thank you in advance xx
