Thank you so much for all your replies. Very much appreciated. I have been getting copies of my blood results. Will try to get everything together and post on site. Didn’t know carbimazole could be stayed on long term if doing ok with it. Endo said I could only have it for 18 months because it was too toxic for the body and immune system to have it for any longer and I had no choice but to go for RAI. When I went into remission for 6 months before another virus both he and my GP’s keep telling me I would relapse at some point. So hard to stay positive with that attitude by Drs so really appreciate the positivity given to me here. A really big thank you for taking the time to reply and encourage.
