My goodness Mandy - you've exceeded your aim, so more congratulations are warranted and I think you should go to bed and get everyone to pamper you for the next few days - so many, many gratulations.

I think you should also change the above heading, the fact that you've completed your walk at 63.37 miles.

thank you shaws, as for a day of pampering that will never happen, my day will be spent sorting arguments as normal, i will edit title post now

Maybe book yourself into a 'weekend away from home' so you'll be revitilised and just pamper yourself.
