did town shopping with daughter and her boyfriend
felt ok until last night when the aches and pains really set in and sleeping was hard
doing nothing today, my aim at 2 miles a day means i should have been on 26 miles but im on 38.23 miles
im in town tomorrow but not shopping but may have to get the bus as car in for a service, theres a slimming world event happening and i wanted to go
My pain relief doesnt seem to work ,, does this mean I could have Hashimotos ?
