Does anybody here have a physical copy of "Solved: The Riddle of Heart Attacks" by Dr. Broda Barnes? It's now in public domain but unfortunately, the person who scanned the book left out pages 54 and 55.
If you'd be willing to share those two pages, I'd really appreciate it.
