Thyroid results 4 weeks pregnant

Hi all.

These are my results from bloods I got today

I upped straight away to 25mcg extra

My tsh is 7.1 (0.3 -6)

Free t4 is 16.1 ( 10- 22)

My ESR is high at 23 and should be between 2-19

Still waiting for receptor antibodies results

What do you think? Am I going to end up miscarrying? I'm so worried
