They appear to have the same amounts of T3 and T4 but the excipients differ.

I’ve taken both I think the ThyroidS was slightly less potent but it works well - very smooth I think it is slow release. The naturethroid I took was the older formulation too.

You will just have to try it out but may need to tweek the dose to suit. If you start on the same amount of grains it should be ok but likely you may need to go up 1/4 grain.
