Iron Tablets vs Liquid

Last ten months, I’ve been taking 2 x 65mg Ferrous Fumarate tablets daily for iron deficiency. There is improvement in results albeit it’s been gradual.

Currently travelling and come across a liquid preparation, called FPur by Althea, elementary iron, 0.1ml = 2mg.

Can anybody advise whether then, I would need to use 6.5ml liquid per day ?

Trying to work out the equivalent of tablets I’ve been using. Thank you!

I understand it the same as you.

2 x ferrous fumarate = 130mg elemental iron

To get the same amount of elemental iron from the liquid when

0.1ml = 2mg

130/2 = 65

0.1ml x 65 = 6.5ml

(But have to say, maths isn't my strong point.)
