Which blood tests?

I am going to see a new Endo' tomorrow, and want to take advantage of asking for a blood test. I would like to cover everything and wondering what I should ask for?

I have had thyroid cancer/removal of thyroid, and lost a parathyroid gland or two (the surgeon was not sure how many). I do have a check for calcium/PTH and of course thyroid panel, but I know there are a lot more things that are necessary for optimal thyroid function.

Vitamin D, folate, B12, iron and ferritin

Other possible tests

Selenium, zinc, magnesium
