I am wondering if the difference in my results over 9 months is significant?
TSH: 2.61 down to 0.8
FT4: 14.5 down to 11.8
My Dr says they are normal however I feel, always feel so poorly!!
Thanks

Welcome to the forum
Are you diagnosed as hypothyroid and on Levothyroxine?
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested.
Also important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
Low vitamin levels are extremely common, especially if Thyroid antibodies are raised
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)
If on Levothyroxine......Last Levothyroxine dose should be 24 hours prior to test, (taking delayed dose immediately after blood draw).
Have you had vitamins and antibodies tested?
I'm not diagnosed and not on any medication. My vitamin d was 49 but didnt have antibodies or other tests run.
Private tests are available. Thousands on here forced to do this as NHS often refuses to test FT3 or antibodies or all vitamins

Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have special offers, Medichecks usually have offers on Thursdays, Blue Horizon its more random
If antibodies are high this is Hashimoto's, (also known by medics here in UK more commonly as autoimmune thyroid disease).
About 90% of all primary hypothyroidism in Uk is due to Hashimoto's.
Low vitamins are especially common with Hashimoto's. Food intolerances are very common too, especially gluten. So it's important to get TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested at least once .

Hi Whiteflag23,
In my humble opinion, your Dr needs retraining! Going on my ranges, your recent blood results indicate that you need medication for your thyroid. MY TSH has been as low as 0.09 (my dose was quite high at the time) Now 4.57 (maybe slightly higher) My T4 is mid range (range 12-22). (have been on meds always) In recent years I have had my thyroid medication reduced and I am no longer iron anaemic. Although I have the other three conditions and under active thyroid.
As already been mentioned, really you need all the blood tests done to evaluate, what your needs are, including B12, anaemia (both pernicious and iron), vitamin D deficiency and all thyroid tests. Most of the symptoms are very similar and can walk hand in hand.
I would seek a second opinion at the very least.
Take care
