What are your latest test results, with reference ranges, for:

TSH

FT4

FT3

Do you have autoimmune thyroid disease, which would be confirmed by raised antibodies so have you tested:

TPO and Tg antibodies

and because we need optimal nutrient levels for thyroid hormone to work properly, and because low levels bring their own symptoms, it's important to also test:

Vit D

B12

Folate

Ferritin

Post what results (with reference ranges) that you have so that we can try and help you.
