New results but feel fine

Hi I haven’t been here for a while as after feeling lousy last year finally felt better by adding t3 into my meds. Been to see endo everything fine he asked for up to date blood test as previously tsh was slightly suppressed . My test results are back :

Tsh 14.4 miu /L range 0.35-4.45

Ft3 2.6 poml/L range 2.89-4.88

Ft4 8.1 poml/L range 9.0-19.0

All abnormal but I feel fine so no idea what’s going on didn’t have anything else tested ? Anybody else have any thoughts ? just a bit scared I’m going to crash and burn .

Even though you feel good, both FT4 and FT3 are very low indeed.

Did you have blood drawn at the very earliest? Fasting? (you can drink water) and allow a gap of 24 hours between dose and test?

Hi thanks for the reply yes did all of the usual prep for blood test . I now have to try and speak to endo see what he says . I had similar results last year and was very poorly it doesn’t make sense .

Do you have hashis? If so your levels will wax and wane and you may feel well when having a flare, then unwell. I once had to come off Levo completely (long story, heart issues, hashis flare, blah blah.) I felt fine. After 4 weeks I had a blood test and my TSH was 60 and my T4 and 3 below range! It’s weird, but it happens. I suspect you need to increase your dose. We get so used to feeling crap that sometimes we forget what feeling really well feels like until we get to optimum or close. 🤸🏿‍♀️🥛
