Started taking this after reading excellent articles from fellow suffers. Started on 200 micrograms daily I have now been on it 11 days and have noticed a difference in my mood and anxiety levels the other positive by-product and increased movement of my bowels and a nominal weight loss of around 3 pounds (definitely suppressing hunger -i also drink 2 litres a day of water/cordial)and a slight improvement in joint pain in the mornings. I have been on it for 12 days and I'm now considering uping my dose to 300 micrograms to see if my hunger surpressing can be stretched to the evening as i tend to snack c 8pm .
