When do you feel this way is it when you're under medicated or over? I think I'm near my sweet spot but I'm a bit short tempered.

I often think many symptoms can be for either so if you do t want to be testing more often try by dropping your dose down for a few days and see if you feel better if worse and take it from there. If you feel worse go back to where you were and stabilise then try a small increase and see how you go. Always though when you feel you are near your sweet spot but can't be sure then always lower your dose first otherwise you will fall into the trap I did and keep increasing without attually feeling much different
We feel this way when we are ill. That is where the word dis-ease comes from.
I get bad tempered if I am too low, but cannot be bothered to do anything about it. I get bad tempered if I am overdosed, but have the energy to fly into a temper and throw things. It is a good thing I am usually outside for sticks and hammers tend to get the flying experience!
I get fed up as when I find my sweet spot, and am fine for a while, the damn sweet spot moves! It is a constant battle.
