Anti- Candida Diet- does it work?

Has anyone gone on an anti-candida diet to help clear the gut and help improve absorption etc. Been struggling a while on absorption of vitamins and meds and wondering if this has worked for anyone?

Do you have any details of which specific diet you followed?

I was directed on a specific diet by a naturopathy who is a GP. I would recommend this treatment plan be discussed with someone like this. It was the anti-candida diet, but had a few other natural supplements and medicines to aid the gut absorption and restabilisation of the gut. Happy for you to share this.
