NDT PLUS t3 anyone ??

Would anyone care to give me thoughts on good reasons to add in a little t3 to your NDT,,,...what would be the catalyst do you think ...a good reason to try?

Any experiences of others embarking on this course would be appreciated.

I didn't do it myself, when I was on NDT, but I probably should have! Just didn't know that much about it at that time.

One grain of NDT contains approximately 38 mcg T4 and 9 mcg T3. That's fine for some people, but for others, it's just not enough. And, if they don't convert T4 to T3 very well, the obvious solution is to just add some T3 to the NDT. Depends how high you need your FT4 and FT3.

Thanks for this ..I bought some t3 in Turkey and for the past four weeks added in 6 mcgs at 4 pm

Am only currently on barely one grain..as adrenals wound permit any more ...but I do t think the t3 has caused offence,,

So hard to know isn’t it !

I’ve no idea what figures I want to see,,...

And don’t really understand the difference taking t3 on it’s own can make to those results,,,
