I don't think you had a TT in August 2019 and RAI in October 2019, it's only July 2019 now.
Don’t know why I am losing weight
The answer to that may depend on certain things.
Were you overweight before?
Is the weight loss alarming?
Were you on Levo only before and overweight?
How long have you been on T3?
Has the weight loss started since being on T3?
What are your current levels for TSH, FT4 and FT3?
When we are hypo and on Levo only and weight loss is difficult, it's generally because our FT3 is low, often due to poor conversion of T4 to T3. Once we optimise our thyroid hormone replacement and we have enough T3 then we can often shift stubborn weight.
Suggest you get bloods retested, making sure to leave correct timing on T3 and Levothyroxine before blood test
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)
Last Levothyroxine dose should be 24 hours prior to test,
(taking delayed dose immediately after blood draw).
If/when also on T3, make sure to take last dose 8-12 hours prior to test, even if this means adjusting time or splitting of dose day before test
