Frustrated Hypothyroidism and Anemia

I’m at place to where I am trying to get my iron storage back up. I am finding it hard to have basic energy and motivation. As iron causes hypothyroidism to be worst. I am want to hear from others experiences with my situation.

I find taking co enzyme q 10 helps with the tiredness or maybe vit B also supposed to help !

Hi there. My iron is usually low and drags as well but when taken with B12 I see a marked positive difference.

When your iron is low. Does it effect how your thyroid functions?

I get cold sweats, my concentration level drops significantly, at times my throat swells and bulges out.

These are just some of the challenges of that particular deficiency that occurs with me.
