Need help trying to source an Italian brand of T3 /4

Hello All , I wonder if anyone can help me . Ive been on an Italian made combo of T3 and T4( TiroideIBSA) for about 5 years ,which is the only thing that has worked to date. I have tried everything else from natural to pharma

Its now proving difficult to get. Anyone else on it or having trouble sourcing ? or know where I could get it?

many thanks for the info , yes unfortunately this is the one . I will have to start from scratch and invent the wheel again !
