I keep needing to increase?

So, lots of info in my other posts but I’ve been on T3/T4 combo for a few months now.

Last bloods were good, maybe a little scope for increasing in T3 (see pic. Dose at this point was 15/125).

Initially I felt fab on 10mcg/125mcg but this faded after a few weeks. I increased to 15/125mcg and again this happened. This is when bloods were taken.

Most recently I increased again to 20/125mcg and again I’ve felt fab for about two weeks (starting about three days after the increase). In on holiday now and I feel rubbish again, like someone has knocked the stuffing out of me, (low energy, low mood, bad muscle weakness - my worst symptom, just an unwell feeling). I started taking 25/125mcg yesterday and hope this will help and tide me over until I get home next week.

What does this happen? I feel fab, no symptoms, lots of energy and motivation and ten days to two weeks in, it goes again. I can’t even stick on the same dose for 6 weeks as recommended before testing again.

I haven’t reduced T4 as bloods were about 75% through range at that last test and hadn’t moved since the previous test, so I figure that’s good, right?

Surely I can’t keep increasing T3 every time I feel rubbish. It scares me that there’s something else at play, MND or MS or something but surely this wouldn’t disappear with an increase if it were the cause of my muscle weakness? The longer this goes on the more worried and scared I get that it’s something else.

I have no symptoms of over medicating, no tremor, no palps, hr is ok (60’s usually) etc, etc.

Help?

That's perfectly normal. You need to keep increasing until you don't need to increase any more. Your FT3 in that photo is only mid-range, it's not surprising that you need an increase in dose. Don't worry about it, just continue to increase every two weeks. Or, as the dose gets higher, leave it as long as you can. :)

And I’m ok to leave my levo the same? I’m assuming so as the level for that was as good as it was before T3

That's not something anyone can tell you. You have to find that out by trial and error. Some people need quite high levels of FT4 to feel well; others need it at zero; and still others need it somewhere in between. But, there's no reason why you shouldn't leave it as it is - for the time being, anyway. :)
