There's not much can be added at the moment.

Make sure you are retested 6 weeks after starting Levo, and follow the advice for how to prepare for the tests.

You said before that you have B12 deficiency, and now our folate result shows folate deficiency too. Your GP should be dealing with these, it's not a DIY fix at all.
