I don't know about the brand Rootcology's availability in the UK, but some Pure Encapsulations supplements are available here. Have you Googled?

Hi SeasideSusie. Thanks for the reply. I did try to Google but never got very far. I will look at that link.
Hi, I got the methyl factors one from CytoPlan, bought direct from them. Also selenium. Can’t comment on quality!
Hi thanks for the reply. Have you followed all the protocol yet? I wasn't sure how important the supplements were or if you would get the same benefits from just the diet alone?
Amrita Nutrition?
I will PM you the ones I took
Hi, I am only a few weeks in. Gluten free, soy free, dairy free, alcohol free. Maybe feel a bit less sluggish but still pretty tired, but guess takes time! Probably doing it in a disorganised fashion. Definitely concentrating on gut, and as recommended on here taking vitD with K2, B12, iron, magnesium, selenium. Methyl factors next to add in. Hopefully prepping my body well for when I see someone next month and hopefully get some drugs. How are you doing with it?
Hi I haven't started yet. I just ordered the supplements today as recommended on this forum. I need to plan meals and do a food order. Hoping to start next week sometime. Did you find it easy to follow?
Yes preparation is the way to go - 1st week I was winging it and ended up very hungry some days at work! I took her advice and bought a slow cooker and it is great for me. Have a tendency to get in from work and be too tired to do anything, so having something totally ready is fab. (And my son then doesn’t have time to have multiple pre-dinner snacks!) A whole chicken or beef joint is mega easy and provides lunch for next day. Haven’t followed recipes or the meal plans particularly well, more the principles, but I think I might try now that I’m a bit more on top of being more prepared. Haven’t made any smoothies yet though, never been a fan of the texture, but should maybe try as sounds like a good way to get lots of good stuff in. And might even try to make coconut yoghurt...
Hi I have just ordered a slow cooker too which should make things easier. Some of the recipes don't sound too appealing. Like the smoothies and the meat for breakfast. I think I will switch that round for lunch or dinner. Not sure about breakfast though. I love my coffee in the mornings. I thought about flavoured tea (doesn't contain any sugar) that would be ok?
