Test results interpretation

Hi I’m pretty new to all of this. Was told last year I have under active thyroid and to take medication. Although many of my symptoms have subsided, I am still having a few issues with my speech, severe night sweats and constipation so I had some private blood tests taken. I can see that I have some vitamin deficiencies but unsure of what the high anti bodies mean or what I do about this. Can anyone shed some light on this please. Many thanks

Update: I’ve stopped taking the antidepressants and the constipation has appeared to have settled. Now taking a Multi vitamin but the past few days I have been feeling really light headed and sluggish.

If it is Hashimoto, what do I do about that?

Thanks
