Sore nipples around ovulation.

I have very sore nipples days before ovulation this month. Could it be because I've increased t3? So that it might be too high now? Anybody who knows?

Has GP tested prolactin levels?

Symptoms like breast tenderness are related to oestrogen dominance or not having enough progesterone to balance oestrogen during the luteal phase which follows ovulation. Quite common and also common for those with thyroid issues.

Stress also depletes progesterone due to a phenomenon knows as pregnenalone steal. Because the hormones needed to make cortisol are the same as progesterone.
